• Information shared during a quote or application call is used only to shop and apply for coverage on your behalf with insurance carriers.
• Information and documents you give our Reign Tax Strategists tax office are used only to prepare and file your tax return.
• Basic website data such as browser type and pages visited, collected through cookies and similar tools.

How we use your information

• To respond to your quote request and contact you by phone, email or text message if you agreed to texts.
• To shop coverage and submit applications to insurance carriers you choose.
• To provide policy service, appointment reminders and annual reviews.
• To comply with legal and regulatory requirements.

Text messaging (SMS)

If you opt in to text messages, we use your mobile number only to send the types of messages you agreed to: replies to your questions, quote follow-ups, appointment confirmations and reminders, and policy service updates; educational tips and policy review reminders if you agreed to promotional messages; and, for licensed agents and people getting licensed who contact us, agency opportunity, licensing and onboarding updates. If you opt in through our Reign Tax Strategists tax office, we use your number only for the tax messages you agreed to: replies to your questions, tax appointment reminders and document requests, return status updates, tax season tips if you agreed to promotional messages, and, for tax team applicants, interview, training and onboarding updates. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties. Reply STOP at any time to stop receiving texts, or HELP for help.

How we share information

We share information only with the insurance carriers you apply with, The Tax Family and tax authorities when we prepare and file your tax return, service providers that help us run our business (such as our CRM and phone system) under confidentiality obligations, and when required by law. We do not sell your personal information.

Your choices

You can ask us to update or delete your contact information, or to stop contacting you, by emailing [email protected] or calling (689) 399-8822.

We use reasonable safeguards to protect your information. No website or transmission is completely secure.
